What this means for you

  • Plans marked Plan Ending will not renew. You must select a new drug plan during Open Enrollment (Oct 15 – Dec 7, 2026) to avoid a gap in coverage on 1/1/2027.
  • Deductible applies to some tiers means lower-cost generic drugs are typically covered right away; the deductible applies to brand-name and specialty drugs. All tiers means you pay full cost for every drug until the deductible is met.
  • The lowest premium is not always the lowest total cost. Your true cost is premiums plus deductible plus copays for your specific drugs and pharmacy. We will review your drug list before recommending a change.
  • Premiums exclude any Extra Help (LIS) subsidy or income-related surcharge (IRMAA). Deductible and out-of-pocket figures per CMS 2026 and 2027 Part D parameters.
